From my initial contact requesting a quote and details regarding the process Happy Panda Junk Removal would follow to move one piano and to remove another, Rick was professional,  patient, and, precise.
His original quote, offered over the phone, was finalized on-site once he understood the full scope of work, and he was able to schedule the work based on my required time frame.
The two man crew showed up on-time, with all of the necessary tools and equipment and they took great care to ensure there was no damage to floors, walls, and elevators, in the condo and throughout the building. The move and removal required transporting the pianos well over 500 feet. They did their due diligence to keep themselves,  the various residents they encountered, and the property safe.
The final invoice was exactly as quoted and it was easy to e.transfer the payment to them before receiving the final receipt.

I contacted Happy Panda to come and remove some junk from our house and Rick was excellent to deal with. He was able to come same day & provided an excellent quote. When they arrived there was a misunderstanding and the charge should have been more, however the honoured their original quote and even took some extra pieces of junk. I was very appreciative!
