I would definitely recommend this company. They were very good. They called me to give me an estimated time of arrival and then called again when they were on their way. We had some very big heavy pieces and they were very careful not to bump or scratch the walls and doors. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I was very happy with the overall service and will use them again.

Rick was able to fit me in same day and worked with my schedule (after 5PM), which I really appreciated. He also called 30-40 mins prior, as he knew I had to leave work and pick up my son. They were fast, efficient and swept up after. Thank you! I wasn't able to get a quote prior to arriving on site, but understand it is common practice for these services. It was a little more than I expected, however, appreciated Rick's responsiveness and ability to fit me in!!

Having Panda Junk Removal was a great experience. Decluttering my basement meant there was a lot of things to throw out. They explained how they determined their quote with full transparency and gave me a fair assessment of the cost. After I agreed, they began hauling the stuff out into their large truck. There was quite a bit of junk to remove but they finished it all in about an hour, which I was impressed with. Their price was a fair price relative to other companies. They conducted business very professionally and were very friendly. I will definitely hire them again for round two of my cleanup. Fantastic. Super friendly and genuine team with prompt service. The guys went out of their way to help me, after arriving they drove all the way back to their shop to grab a Sawzall, necessary to cut a massive basement fridge in half, so that they could drag it upstairs in 34 degree weather. They did all of that and more and didn't even charge extra for the added time and labour. On top of all that they cleaned everything up! Highly recommend.
